This work visualizes self perception in suffering and growth as a part of the human lived experience- the splitting of an individual into two; one which is seen, and one which is left behind.

While unfinished, this remains one of my favourite works - the muted, earthly tones paired with youthful imagery create an uncomfortable product. Even as adults, this unsure younger self remains present in daily life.
